Requesting Support

If You Want To Request Support

1. Complete the Request for Support Form.

2. Our coordinator will contact you to discuss your situation and particular needs.

3. If you or a member of your family meets our admission guidelines (i.e. have a life-limiting illness and need good neighbour support), the coordinator will arrange a visit to your home to further determine your needs.

4. A suitable volunteer will be assigned to visit and support you on a regular basis, usually weekly.
